Question : What class should i play in battlefield 3 that will get me kills and take down vehicles in large quantities?

Answer:
If you want to take down vehicles in large quantities (without using vehicles yourself) there is really only two choices; Engineer and Support.For engineers i recomend:A midrange auto or burst carbine with holo sight (or whatever suits you), foregrip and laser, i prefer M4A handgun that suits your abilities in short range combat, for most that would be g18 (spray and pray)Standard rocket launcher (SMAW/RPG7), they are not long range but Javelin has a lot of downsides.Mines or repair torch, torch is best for when you stay behind your team's tanks where mines are for a more offensive approach.Explosive specialization, or if someone in your squad is using sqd expl then use whatever fits your squad.For support i suggest:Any lmg with holo sight (or whatever suits you), foregrip and expanded mag, mg36 is great.Again, the handgun should suit your short range combat abilitiesAmmo crate ofcC4ammo specialization or if someone in squad is using it then use whatever fits.Engineer is most people's obvious choice for AT work because it has all the specialized AT weapons where support only has the C4... But the thing is that you destroy most vehicles if they dont see you, and the best way to not be seen is to stay behind their lines. Engineers dont have unlimited ammo, nor do support but they can throw an unlimited ammount of ammo crates so they will last longer behind enemy lines without having to steal ammo or equiptment from enemies, giving them a better chance at sneaking up on tanks and such...But for an unskilled player engineer is the best for AT because it dosnt require thinking, just point and shoot.Protip:All vehicles are most vulnerable on their behind and sides (mostly behind) and are strongest at their front.And for god's sake dont call specializations perks, it makes you sound like a COD kid.

because i feel like im seeing the same 20 cars over and over again but, in singleplayer there seems to be way more cars and i havnt seen the armored truck or ice cream truck ever wich i see quite often.

It is a light utility vehicle - in the same class as a Humvee but with improved protection against the kinds of threats found in Afghanistan. Roles will be: command vehicle, general cargo carrier and protected ambulance. Other vehicles can't fill the role because they are not protected against the kinds of threats found in Afghanistan.
